Orders

- How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

- Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

- Will I receive an order confirmation?

Shipping

-Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

-How long does shipping take?

Processing time usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Estimated shipping times will be 7-15business days.

-How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package at any time.

-Why is my package delayed?

Shipping delays may happen during holidays, peak seasons, weather disruptions, or customs processing. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
